- Description
April 27, 1968. 8 1/2" x 114". Double-sided. Rear has pat of a speech on Vietnam, given by Dr. Martin Luthor King on April 4, 1967. Mobilization Committee, San Fransisco. March and Rally against The Vietnam War, Racism, Repression, Poverty and the Draft. A High profile list of speakers included Muhammad Ali, Bobby Seale, and Vanessa Redgrave. NEAR FINE. A little toning, chiiping, previously folded.
Ali's global celebrity status was also evident due to his anti-establishment concerns on social issues during the 1960's. Ali was a vocal supporter against the United States' participation in the Vietnam War and racism in America. Ali heads the list of speakers which include actress Vanessa Redgrave and Black Panther co-founder Bobby Seale. UNCOMMON.
