1970 was the year of festivals…One of the great English music festivals, the Bath Festival of Blues & Progressive Music at the Royal Bath and West Showground in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, England, on June 27-28, 1970. Led Zeppelin was listed as the headlining act for the Sunday show; other notable acts included Pink Floyd, Jefferson Airplane, John Mayall, Canned Heat, Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, the Moody Blues, the Byrds, and Santana. VERY UNCOMMON.
