The booklet provides a concise history of Sinclair's countercultural activities; a text by Cary Loren; reprints the 'Manifesto of the Artists' Workshop Society'; and includes a 61minute CD assembled by Sinclair featuring recordings made between 1964-66 from the Artists' Workshop Program in Detroit (Robert Creeley; James Semark; George Tysh; Dave Sinclair; Hank Malone; Gary Johnston; Robin Eichele; Bill Harris; and two readings by John Sinclair).
