Ink -- Issue #15 [Magazine]
$175.00
- Description
London: Ink Publishers Limited. August 7, 1971: Issue #15. 20pp. This is a Vintage issue of the British counterculture underground press magazine Ink. In this issue: articles, reviews & comment - including several pages on the Oz Magazine school kids obscenity trial which had recently ended. The front page declares 'Oz not guilty' with illustration by Ralph Steadmnan. Rear cover page is a full page ad for The Mothers album. VERY GOOD.
Ink was founded by Richard Neville, who was the co-founder of Oz magazine, as he no longer thought IT and other London magazines were alternative enough. Ink began as a weekly in May 1971 and ceased publication in February 1972. UNCOMMON.
