John is originally from Gander, Newfoundland Canada. He spent 30 years in the Telecoms industry and held executive positions in Canada and in the Caribbean and Latin America region. Since 2018, John has been enjoying the challenge of the small business environment with family members and friends. The importance of Community Over Self was instilled in him at a young age by his parents and providing assistance to those in need was strongly encouraged.

In 2008, Michael left the corporate world to start The Island Service International, a worldwide Meeting and Incentive Travel Planning company. Michael inherited his passion for charitable work from his father who devoted his life to helping others.
