Comical Funnies was the immediate follow-up to Holmstrom’s Punk magazine. The set featured John Candy, The Honeymooners, Bull Winkle, 3 Stooges, Punkxploitation, Hollywood eats Punks alive, Clay Wilson., and more. After the short lived run of three issues, John Holmstrom began the successful “Stop”, while Bagge took over editorial control of “Weirdo”, following R. Crumb’s departure.
