A journal that sought to "provide a forum for vanguard theories and ideas that deal with currently crucial issues." This issue ibcludes printings of several essays by Lenin; an article urging readers to teach themselves to shoot; an article on the death penalty and its disproportionate use on Black men, including a discussion of San Quentin, etc.
