One side features a reproduced photo of Huey Newton and two smaller illustrations; the rear includes two larger illustrations. A handbill raising the awareness of the plight of the Detroit 15, and to raise funds to support their defense. The Detorit 15 were members of the Detroit chapter of the Black Panther Party, and were jailed following an incident between the Detroit police and members of the NCCF, which resulted in the 15 being arrested for murder. All 15 were eventually tried and acquited of murder, although three were convicted of felony assult.
