1972. 8 ½” x 11”. NEAR FINE. Modest Wear.
Handbill of Richard Nixon standing on his "Soap Box" with a quote from October, 1968 in which he criticizes Lyndon B. Johnson, "Those who have had a chance for four years and could not produce peace should not be given another chance." Created by the "American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees" part of the AFL-CIO. Nixon notably did not sign the Paris Peace Accords until 1973. The poster was authorized and paid for by the Wisconsin McGovern for President Committee; a fascinating political ad from what would be a failed campaign for the presidency.
