First issue of this fanzine that began as an adjunct to Skip Groff’s record store Hit and Run. Combining elements of fanzines and radio tipsheets, this was one of the first to document the growing punk scene in the Washington, DC area. Skip Groff was an influential figure in the DC music scene, especially punk, as a record producer, seller and DJ, and furthering the careers of many bands, including Minor Threat.
