Rarely seen, this  invited fans to attend the ill-fated event on October 13, 1978 at New York's Club Hollywood, a short-lived punk venue in the East Village. The event itself was dramatically altered by the violent murder of Nancy Spungen by British punk rocker Sid Vicious the night before. Despite the tragedy, the night went on and attracted the likes of Lou Reed, The Ramones, Debbie Harry and Harvey Keitel, culminating in the inaugural party at the famed Mudd Club.
